The walk in vaccine centre in Sligo will be open for two dates this week for those wanting to get a first or second dose,
The centre based at the Sligo Racecourse is open on Thursday from from 1pm to 8pm and on Sunday from 9am to 5pm.
The centre will NOT be offering a booster jab at these times.
If you would like to receive a first or second dose of a Covid-19 vaccine, you will need your PPS Number, Eircode, mobile number, email address and Photo ID with your date of birth is required.
Those between 12 and 15 will require parental or guardian consent and attend the centre with the child.
