Car-share scheme being launched today

A new scheme aimed at cutting down on cross-border congestion is being launched in Derry later today.

‘Car-Share North West’ is targeting commuters in Donegal, Derry and Strabane.

Those wishing to share the drive to work can log onto the intiative’s website and register their details.

Michael Lyndesy  from Travelwise NI said people can calculate the savings they will make on the scheme’s website.
