Roads remain treacherous this morning
Motorists are advised to take extreme caution on roads across the region this morning as temperatures reached as low as -6 last night.
Most secondary and primary roads are extremely treacherous this morning and Gardai are once again warning against any unnecessary journeys.
The N4 Sligo to Dublin road is particularly bad this morning as is the N16 Enniskillen to Sligo road.
In Leitrim the Manorhamilton to Kinlough road, between Manorhamilton and Glenfarne and Glenfarne to Blacklion road are the worst affected
