Cllr calls for Doorley Park revamp
Fine Gael Councillor Tony McLoughlin is calling for immediate action to re-vamp certain parts of Doorley Park in Sligo.
The councillor has been vocal on the issue for some time and is now demanding the Government provide funding for maisonettes there.
He described some of the houses as being in a deplorable state that need to be either demolished or given a complete overhaul.
Cllr McLoughlin said it is unfair to ignore the families living in Doorley Park for many years.
