Classroom investment for local schools
There’s good news for two South Donegal schools today.
New classrooms have been approved for national schools in Donegal Town and Dunkineely.
The Tánaiste has welcomed a grants allocation of up to 100,000euro each for
St Francis National School, Barnesmore and Dunkineely National School.
The new classrooms will be 80 square metres in size.
Minister Mary Coughlan said she is delighted by the announcement and that measures to promote water conservation in schools and cut water bills will be announced by Education Minister Batt O’Keeffe in the coming weeks.
