Calls for diving boards to be re-installed in Bundoran

There are calls for the diving boards to be re-installed at the outdoor swimming pools in Bundoran.

 

Independent Councillor Florence Doherty has described as very dangerous the fact that people are currently jumping off the rocks and cliffs. She says if the diving boards are installed again it will be much safer for people.

 

She is also calling for a meter stick to be erected.

 

Speaking to Ocean FM news, Ms. Doherty says the out door pools in Bundoran should also be cleaned out
