INTERMEDIATE: Our Intermediate footballer’s beat Eastern Harps on Sundayin the league in a tight game. Our intermediates play Coolera/Strandhill onFriday at 8pm in Ransboro in the league.

 

HURLING: Senior hurlers finished off their Dermott Molloy Leaguecampaign with a win over Naomh.Eoin 7-10 to 0-2pts on sunday night last.Thiswin leaves the team in joint first on eight points with Coolera, Tourlestrane,WesternGaels and Manorhamilton. The CCCC will have to decide who goes through to semifinals on results against each other, it should be interesting.
Training Continues on wednesday night at 7pm in Forthill,our next match will bein Championship on weekend of July 7/8th.Check club facebook page for dates.
Congratulations to Geoff Hynes who celebrated a significant birthday onsaturday last. Congratulations also to all the students who have just completedtheir Leaving Cert and who have passed their College exams.

 

UNDERAGE HURLING: Training continues for all ages every Wednesday at 6pmon the astroturf pitch.

 

GIRLS: After winning their quarter final, our U-12 girls played a leaguesemi-final against CT Gaels on Wednesday evening in a wet Tubbercurry. Thegirls played well and were ahead in the game until the second half, when CTGaels came back. Well done to all the girls involved. They now look forward tothe championship in August/September.

U14 girls played St Marys in the 'A' division league quarter final inHazelwood last Monday. After a great game, our girls just edged the match andnow have a county semi-final against Eastern Harps in Keash this Monday 25th at7pm. Good luck to St Marys who represent the county at Feile this weekend. Teamout last Monday was: Sarah Oates, Grace Elliott, Sue Smith, Meadhbh Donaghy,Carron Griffin, Emer Costigan, Clodagh O'Connor, Cliodhna Devaney, ChloeFeehily, Shannon McManus, Melissa Cryan, Matea Leahy, Oneisa Brennan, AimeeFox, Ellen Healy and Aoife Leahy.


CALRY 7's: The club is running a football 7's competition on July 22nd. The competition is open to all GAA clubs. The winners will receive the Shane Gilroy Cup. All money raised will be donated to Cystic Fibrosis. More info to follow !

SLIGO: Well done to the Sligo Ladies who beat Leitrim on Sunday in theConnacht Intermediate Semi Final. Hard luck to the Sligo Minors who lost toMayo.
