Lotto
The lotto draw for €14700 takes place on Friday night in Mahoneys pub.
Thanks to all who are supporting the lotto at present. Weekly tickets
are available in Tuffys Shop, Muddy Burns and Mahoneys and surrounding
areas and yearly tickets are available from the committee.

AGM
The club AGM will take place on Sunday December 4th in the community
centre at 4pm. It is hoped a good attendance from the locality will
turn out for this meeting where we will review this years activities
and prepare for 2012. New members are always welcome so don't be shy.

Jack and Jill
The club continue to collect your old phones for the Jack and Jill
foundation. Phones can be given to committee members or placed in the
box in Tuffys shop, Corballa.

Handball
The handball club would like to thank all who supported their annual
bag packing day in Dunnes Stores in Ballina. This weekend they will
hold a scrap metal collection in aid of the community centre
extension. If you have some scrap metal and need it colected contact
Oisin Quinn or Larry Jones.

Hurling
Indoor hurling will commence in the new year at the community centre.
It is hoped to have an U6/8 hour followed by and u11/13 hour on
Wednesday evenings. Helmets and hurls will be provided. More details
closer to the date.

Website
The website is in great use and our analysis of those reading it shows
that parishoners from all over the globe are reading it to keep in
touch with home. Last week we had readers from all five continents.
One of the biggest sections of interest is the photo gallery so we
would put out the request if you have any old photos or newspaper
clips to contact Bart Barrins or Barry Judge and they can upload them
and get the pictures back to you. Remember the website is

Condolences
The club wish to convey their sympathy to the Kelly family of
Ardvalley on the death of Mikey.
