Leitrim man wins Streets of Sligo 5K

Liam Feely of North Leitrim AC won the second annual Sligo Champion Streets of Sligo 5K yesterday.

Tommy Casey of Sligo AC was second with Richard Gorman third.
Meanwhile, Tomas O’Dowd won the Mullaghmore Triathlon on Saturday in a time of one hour, five minutes and 46 seconds. Trudy Brown was the first female home.
Fourth-placed Eamon McAndrew was the first Sligo competitor to cross the finish line.
