The Integration Centre is withdrawing its plan to complain to Gardai about comments made by a District Court Judge.
Justice Mary Devins described the social welfare system as a Polish charity during a court hearing in Claremorris in Co Mayo last week.
She apologised last night saying no offence was intended - but the Integration Centre said it was a rambling, contrived and spurious statement.
The immigrants rights group has decided not to press ahead with a formal complaint - after Judge Devins issued a second unreserved apology today.
