Sligo hurler makes Connacht panel

Sligo hurler Keith Raymond has made the Connacht squad for Sunday’s M Donnelly interprovincial semi-final in Ballinasloe.

 

The Calry/St Joseph’s clubman is the only player from outside Galway to make the squad, and is named among the substitutes.

 

There are no Donegal players in the Ulster squad.

 

Meanwhile, Markievicz Park will host the football semi-final between Connacht and Ulster at the same time on Sunday.

 

There are six Sligo players and three Leitrim players in the Connacht squad, and three Donegal players in the Ulster panel.
