Sligo trainer wins in Uttoxeter

Sligo trainer Mark McNiff paid a successful visit across the water to Uttoxeter today with Sean Airgead who landed the Monacor Raceday Handicap Chase at odds of 4-1.

Running in the colours of Brendan Flynn, Sean Airgead was narrowly denied on his last start at Hexham but gained compensation today under Richard Johnson, scoring by half-a-length from favourite Delgany Gunner.
