The closing date for nominations for Donegal Person of the Year is next Wednesday, November 30th.
Any person or group can be nominated and the main criteria is that those nominated should have made a significant contribution to the promotion of the county at local, national and international level.
Nomination forms for the award may be downloaded from the Donegal Association website donegal association dot ie or a letter of nomination can be sent to their Dublin headquarters.
The winner will be announced at a gala event in The Black Door, Harcourt st, Dublin on Friday January 20th.
