The Fianna Fail spokesperson on Agriculture says that farm families have to be at the centre of negotiations on CAP next year.
Charlie McConologue attended a meeting in Brussels earlier this week.
He told Ocean FM that farm incomes were top of the agenda and he has hit out at the underspend in the Rural Development programme.
