Emergency service have responded to a car fire at Quay Street opposite the Town Hall in Sligo. Ocean FM understands that the fire started just after 12 noon today and the Fire Service responded immediately.
Gardai say the incident is under control and traffic is returning to normal.
Today is one of the busiest shopping days of the year in Sligo and traffic was heavy in the area at the time.
