A member of a local group campaigning to ensure Ballygawley Post Office in County Sligo remains open has accused An Post of treating it with contempt.
Thomas Walsh says the length of time it is taking An Post to announce a decison on the future of the post office is not good enough.
An Post has been reviewing the post office following the death of the postmaster last September.
Mr Walsh says the delay in getting an answer on the future of the service is disappointing.
