The director of the Glens Centre in Manorhamilton has appealed for the return of valuable equipment that was taken from the building over the weekend.
A computer with special music software worth thousands of euo was taken as well as a special multi-touch display unit that can be used with music recording software.
The theft is a major blow to the centre which had saved up to buy the equipment only recently and which is constantly trying to raise funds to survive and improve.
Director Susan McKay says whoever is responsible has committed a very anti-community act.
