A government TD says the new bus service connecting North Leitrim with South Donegal can be of huge benefit to the elderly community.
Fine Gael’s Tony McLoughlin welcomed the announcement that Furey’s Coaches in Sligo would be running a new route from Kinlough to Ballyshannon.
The route is run by Local Link and it will provide 7 return journeys a day – 6 days a week.
Deputy McLoughlin says it will provide the elderly and isolated with a connection to Dublin and Sligo.
