The Sligo – Leitrim 60km Charity Cycle Sportive kicked off at 10am this morning from IT Sligo.
The cycle is in aid of North West Hospice Sligo and Cystic Fibrosis Ireland.
The cycle began at 10am from IT Sligo this morning, and will take participants on a scenic route from Lough Gill to Dromahair with refreshments being served along the way.
An Taoiseach Enda Kenny, who is the special guest and is also taking part in the cycle, said that he would only do the cycle if it was for charity.
