Millions of euro is to be spent in South Donegal on development, safety and road strenghtening works.
The TII has confirmed just over 40 million euro for the whole of Donegal, but many of the projects are in the south of the county.
They include considerable works on various sections of the N56, including Mountcharles to Inver.
