Rory Gallagher’s Fermanagh will face Tyrone in the first of the McKenna Cup semi-finals this Sunday in Enniskillen at 2pm.
A 1-13 to 1-10 defeat of Declan Bonner’s Donegal side in Ballybofey last night means that Fermanagh have won three games from three so far under the former Donegal boss.
Sean Quigley netted the Fermanagh goal, while Bundoran’s Jamie Brennan claimed the Donegal goal.
They top Section C and qualify for the semi-finals as group winners.
Tyrone have also completed their group with a 100 per cent record following their defeat of Cavan last night, while St Mary’s College beat Antrim.
In the final section, UUJ and Armagh played out a draw in the Athletic Grounds, while Derry won by a point for the second successive game, thanks to a 1-14 to 2-10 defeat of Down.
This Sunday at 2pm, Donegal travel back to Clones for their re-arranged fixture with Monaghan, while Down will host neighbours Armagh at Burren.
The Monaghan versus Donegal game is live on Ocean FM in association with Donegal Plumbing & Heating Supplies.
