Matt Carthy rules himself out of contesting for Sinn Fein deputy leader

North West MEP Matt Carthy has ruled himself out of contesting the Sinn Fein Deputy leadership this lunchtime.

He had indicated that if he got enough support he would challenge Michelle O’Neill for the position.
