Easkey residents to protest at Sligo cabinet meeting over proposed Post Office closure



A number of protests are taking place to coincide with the arrival of government Ministers in Sligo tomorrow.

The Save Our Post Office campaign in Easkey are hoping to protest between 10 and half eleven tomorrow outside the gates of the IT where the Cabinet meeting is to take place.

A separate group are to protest around 1pm on issues including childcare and housing.

The government is set to launch its Ireland 2040 plan setting out a vision and a capital investment plan for the next 20 years.
