A Donegal County Cllr has said that a number of developments in the south of the county are being held up because of Irish Water.
Cllr Michael Naughton claims there ongoing water issues in Ballintra, Ballyshannon and Bundoran.
While sewerage issues are holding up the development of a new housing estate in Mountcharles.
Fianna Fail Cllr Naughton says Irish Water need to now be held accountable….
