A new Centre creating 350 new jobs for Sligo and the North West is expected to be open by the end of August.
Abtran an outsourcing company based in Cork but with over 2000 employees in Ireland and in India made the significant jobs boost today.
It is to set up a state of the art Centre of Excellence at the old Elanco site in Finisklin.
Speaking to Ocean Fm News following the announcement today, CEO of Abtran, Pat Ryan said Sligo was chosen after considering a number of sites around the country
He says the centre should be up and running by the end of August:
