A member of a Traveller family who live at a halting site in Sligo Town says they will not share the site with another Traveller family.
The Ward family currently live at the Glenview Halting site on Ash Lane, while another family, the McGinleys, have controversially lived at Connaughton Road car park in the centre of town for 35 years.
The McGinley family have now said they will move to the Glenview halting site on Ash Lane if the council facilitates the move.
But Nora Ward has suggested that her family will move out of Glenview, and she has criticised Sligo County Council:
