Hopes of 40 new jobs in Carrick, in South West Donegal, have been dashed.
It’s after those planning to build a new craft whiskey distillery in the village having decided to move to Ardara instead.
It’s now believed nine jobs that exist already at a gin distillery in Carrick will also move to Ardara.
