It's expected that a large number of representatives from the National Federation of Pensioner's Association from across the north west will attend a demonstration today outside the Dail.

The Group are protesting as they seek arbitration or representation for older people.

The group have also called for a commissioner to be appointed for older people.

Michael Casey is the president of the NFPA he is tired of broken promises from the government and also wants to send a message to finance Pascal Donohoe ahead of next week's budget.
