John McNulty is back in charge of the Kilcar senior gaelic footballers for the 2020 season.
His appointment was ratified at Sunday’s Club AGM in Towney.
It will be McNulty’s second stint in charge of his home club, who retained their Division 1 league title under Barry Doherty in 2019, but were knocked out of this year’s senior championship at the semi-final stage by Gweedore.
McNulty has also managed St Naul’s and the Donegal Masters team in recent years.
Former Tyrone all-Ireland winning footballer Stephen O’Neill was ‘sounded out’ for his interest in the role in recent weeks but – in the end – Kilcar have gone with McNulty again for the 2020 season.
