Students from schools in the north west are among more than 1,100 taking their place’s at Dublin’s RDS today as the 56th BT Young Scientist & Technology Exhibition kicks off.
The event brings together some of the country’s brightest young minds as they compete to take home the coveted title of the BT Young Scientist & Technologist(s) of the Year 2020.
Sligo’s 15 year old Kate Ward from the Ursuline College has put together her own experiment on misophonia, a disorder in which certain sounds trigger emotional or physiological response.
