A former Sligo/Leitrim General Election Candidate and the National Coordinator of the Green party has raised concerns for those living in Direct Provision during the Covid-19 Pandemic.
Bláithin Gallagher has raised the concerns after it was confirmed that there are now two confirmed cases of people with Covid-19 in Direct Provision Centres.
The Green Party National Chairperson says there is inconsistency in the implementation of measures to curtail Covid-19 across the countries 72 direct provision centres and emergency accommodation providers.
