North West based members of the Green party have been challenged to step up to the plate and ensure that the issue of ‘one off planning in Leitrim’ is included in the ongoing government formation talks.
The call have been made by the Leitrim Fine Gael Councillor Sean McDermott.
Cllr McDermott has been vocal on this issue over a period of time.
The Manorhamilton Municipal District Councillor says the onus is now on Leitrim based members of the Green Party that hold influential positions to ensure that a solution is found to end this long running saga.
