Higher in Sligo and Donegal. Lower in Leitrim.
That’s a summary of house prices according to the latest daft.ie Price Report issued today.
In Sligo, prices in the third quarter of 2020 were 4% higher than a year previously, compared to a rise of 3% seen a year ago.

In Leitrim, prices in the third quarter of 2020 were 2% lower than a year previously, compared to a fall of 2% a year ago.
And in Donegal, prices in the third quarter of 2020 were 9% higher than a year previously, compared to a fall of 2% a year ago.
The average house price in Sligo is now €150,000, 42% above its lowest point.
The average house price in Leitrim is now €128,000, 49% above its lowest point.
And the average house price in Donegal is now €154,000, 35% above its lowest point.
The daft.ie report also says that a collapse in listings nationally in April and May has translated into a fall in stock on the market.
The result — fewer than 50,000 homes were advertised for sale in the year to September, the lowest total since the start of 2015.
