The Minister for Justice, Helen McEntee is expected to come under further scrutiny today over the criteria she used to recommend Mr. Justice Séamus Woulfe for appointment.
Minister McEntee recently confirmed that she considered all applicants for the vacant position in the Supreme Court and put the name of Mr. Justice Woulfe forward to Cabinet.
