Customers of Irish Water in the Bellaghy area of south Sligo have been transferred from the Charlestown Public Water Supply back to the Lough Talt Water Supply.
It follows €10m investment and the lifting of the Boil Water Notice on the Lough Talt scheme last week.
Irish Water says works carried out on the Lough Talt scheme will prevent the formation of THMs and protect against cryptosporidium.
