Three people arrested by Gardai last week in Donegal have been released from Garda custody.
The three had been arrested for offences contrary to section seven of the criminal justice act and offences relating to section 72 of the criminal justice act 2006.
The suspects were detained for questioning at Ballyshannon and Ballymote Garda stations.
Gardai have also confirmed that they seized a substantial amount of cash and power tools and that a file is being prepared for the DPP.
