A number of new routes from Leitrim to Sligo have been announced for the local link service.
The tender process for the routes concluded at the end of February and the popular north west service has added to the existing service that is already in place.
Services will now be provided for Ballinamore to Sligo, Dowra to Sligo and Soxs line to Sligo.
Sligo Drumcliff Independent councillor Marie Casserly says the transport service is a lifeline connecting many rural areas to Sligo.
