The organising committee of the Rory Gallagher International Tribute Festival in Ballyshannon have announced that they are postponing this year’s 4 day festival until 2022.
The Festival was also been postponed in 2020 in the interest of adhering to the regulations surrounding Covid-19.
The chairman of the festival, Barry O’ Neill outlined how the difficult decision was taken to provide clarity in particular to those who had intended to attend from overseas and to protect the safety of the local community.
Mr O’ Neill expressed his confidence that the committee would be able to retain all of the headline the acts that were announced for 2020 & 2021 and will also announce a number of additional headline acts in the months ahead of the 2022 Festival.
