Members of the Sligo Leitrim Mountain Rescue Team are currently trying to rescue four people who have become trapped in the Gleniff valley in north Sligo.
It’s understood the climbers have become ‘crag fast,’ which means they are unable to move from where they are trapped.
Alan Sayers, from the Mountain Rescue Team, is at the scene.
He says it’s not the first time people have become trapped at this location.
