New CAP deal will present challenges for farming bodies

Talks around the new CAP deal will be difficult and challenging for farm organisations, according to the Agriculture Minister and Donegal TD Charlie McConalogue

Discussions will now get underway to finalise a national plan for the Common Agricultural Policy, in the wake of an agreement at EU level earlier this week.
