A representative from the Border communities against Brexit has warned that if the European Court of justice is removed from having an overseeing role on the Brexit agreement then a trade war could take place between the EU and the UK.
The former Taoiseach, Bertie Ahern has also signaled today that a trade war of some description is likely to occur in 2022.
