Dromahair in County Leitrim has been allocated €288,000 for its regeneration programme.
It brings the total allocation to more than €1.94m for a project that is to cost almost €2.5m.
The money comes from the Rural Regeneration and Development Fund.
Sligo/Leitrim Fine Gael TD Frank Feighan says the fund is designed to combat dereliction, increase the vibrancy of town centres and regenerate old buildings.
