Two junior soccer cup finals will be played across Friday and Saturday.
On Friday, St. John's FC will face Benbulben in the final 0f the Frank Kennedy Memorial Cup at Ray Mac Sharry Park in Cranmore at 7pm.
St. John's who still have to play their promotion/relegation playoff against Arrow Harps have been involved in three high-scoring encounters on route to the cup final.
Keith Lynch's side defeated Valley Rovers 4-3 in Round One, came out 5-4 winners against Calry Bohs in the quarter finals and recorded another 4-3 victory in the semi-finals, this time over Carrick Town.
Benbulben entered the competition at the quarter final stage where they defeated Gurteen Celtic 2-0. Their semi-final was similar to St. John's' as it was full of goals with the North Sligo club defeating Ballygawley Celtic 4-2.
Meanwhile on Saturday, Super League champions Carbury will be hoping to seal a league and cup double when they face Cartron United in the Glasshouse Hotel Cup also at Ray Mac Sharry Park at 7pm.
Carbury's progression to the showpiece has been straightforward. In Round One, they defeated Strand Celtic 2-0.
In the quarter finals, John Feeney's side comprehensively defeated Cliffoney Celtic followed by a 4-2 victory over MCR in the semi-final.
For Cartron United and manager Des Kavanagh, the route has been more complicated.
They defeated Ballisodare United by the slimmest of margins in round one before getting the better of Ballymote Celtic on a penalty shootout.
