Donegal Masters make it four wins from four

Donegal Masters gaelic footballers collected their fourth win of this year’s All-Ireland championship campaign with a 4-13 to 2-13 success over Sligo at Connolly Park in Collooney on Sunday evening.

Donegal, who were champions in 2019, had already recorded wins against Cavan, Louth and Down – and their six-point win over the Yeats County on Sunday maintains the Tir Chonnaill men’s 100 per cent record to date.

A minute’s silence was held before the game in memory of Naomh Columba and Donegal Masters footballer Martin Gillespie, who passed away recently.
