Independent and Sligo Leitrim TD Marian Harkin says she will vote against the Government in the motion of no confidence this week.
Meanwhile, the vote in the Government is being described as nothing more than a publicity stunt.

The Government formally lost its majority last week when Fine Gael TD Joe McHugh voted against his colleagues over the Mica redress package.
