A Leitrim Councillor has become the latest member of the Fianna Fail party to call for a change of leadership.
Councillor Mary Bohan made the calls this morning which echoed claims from many Fianna Fail back benchers that are concerned how the party is perceived in government during the cost of living crisis.
The Drumkeerin based Councillor has clashed with the party leader on issues in the past including the abortion referendum.
The Manorhamilton MD Councillor says that although the internal party working of Fianna Fáil is not a priority for the public, she feels it’s time for Michael Martin to step down.
