Curry will play Division 1 football in Sligo next season after Tuesday evening's 2-15 to 2-11 victory over Easkey in South Sligo in Division 2 of the Furey's Coaches senior football football league clinched promotion to the top tier in 2023.
The win moves Curry onto 13 points at the summit of Division 2 and assures them of top spot with just one series of games remaining.
The race for the second promotion spot will be decided on Sunday with second-placed Bunninadden (10 pts), Easkey and Geevagh (both 8 points) still in the hunt.
