The bridge in Carrick On Shannon in Co Leitrim has reopened, which was closed earlier following a fire at a pub in the town.
Local firefighters have extinguished the blaze at Gings Pub but a clean up operation is continuing this morning.
Images online show some of the front of the building totally gutted by flames with broken windows.
A stop-go system has now been set down and traffic is moving through the town as normal.
