A psychiatrist’s report is to be prepared for a man charged with a double murder and attempted murder in Sligo.
Yousef Palani appeared in Sligo District Court via video link from Castlerea Prison, where it was agreed to extend his legal aid certificate to include the psychiatrist’s report.
The accused is charged with the murders of Aidan Moffitt and Michael Snee, and the attempted murder of Anthony Burke, all of which took place in April of this year.
He was also remanded by Judge Sandra Murphy for service of the Book of Evidence on October 20th, and to appear in person should the book of evidence be ready on that date.
