A Donegal Sinn Fein TD says a better way must be found in dealing with the Northern Ireland protocol.
It comes as legislation to extend the deadline to form a devolved government in the North will be introduced to the House of Commons today.
Northern Ireland Secretary Chris Heaton Harris wants to delay the deadline for negotiations to form a Stormont Executive until December 8th.
There will be the option to extend that deadline by a further six weeks, while MLA’s will also see their pay slashed by around a third.
